Automatic Error Reporting

Although we wish it would never happen, there will be times when Tick-It! Trak Pro encounters an error situation that it cannot recognize, self diagnose and repair.  Whenever this situation arises, the safest thing to do is to bring the program to a halt, to prevent possible further corruption of any of your data.  You will be prompted by this dialog if an unknown error has occurred:

You can see the details of the error report, but unless you are a very well versed computer programmer-type, the details probably won't be of much interest to you.

What IS going to be of interest to you is that if you have an active connection to the Internet, you can attach a comment about what you were doing at the time of the error, and send that comment, along with the technical details of the problem to US at New Concepts Software, Inc.  Click the ATTACH A COMMENT button.  The following dialog will appear for you to type a brief note:

Click OK, then click YES to send the information to NCS.  WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOUR COMPUTER!  We only want to know WHY the program halted, so we can diagnose any problems, and address them in future releases.  When the information has been sent, you will see this dialog:

Then the Trak Pro Module you were running will halt, and you will have to restart it.
