Browsing Inventory Levels

You can quickly scan through your Inventory Levels using the Inventory Level Browser, pictured below:

You can filter the list presented in several useful ways:

■ You can restrict the list to a specific supplier (in the example above we are just looking a items from AMERICAN APPAREL) and/or
■ You can restrict the list to a specific product category (in the example above we are just looking at T-SHIRTS) and/or
■ You can restrict the list to show only items at or below their re-order points.

Taking the same criteria as above, but checking the SHOW PRODUCTS AT OR BELOW THE RE-ORDER POINT would further restrict the list to something like this, where we could quickly see what items we were running low on:

If you see an item of interest, you can double click on the record selector to bring up the Inventory Record.

If you spot something that you want to order more of, you can create a purchase order by clicking on the NEW PURCHASE ORDER button near the bottom of the form.

When you are done browsing, you can click on the DONE BROWSING button.
