This produces a managerial sales and attendance summary for today, refreshed at intervals ranging from 1 minute to 1 hour.

The four primary control buttons run along the left hand side. They have the following functions:
REFRESH DISPLAY:
This will cause the program to re-query and re-tabulate the report. Depending upon your options and date range, this could take several minutes.
PRINT CURRENT DISPLAY:
This will print your report on the default printer, or whatever printer is selected with the button detailed below.
SAVE AS EXCEL SPREADSHEET:
You can save this report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for further processing and tabulating.
CLOSE ACTIVITY FORM:
This exits the Live Activity form.

To force the screen to refresh, click the REFRESH DISPLAY button.

Use the up/down bumper buttons to set an automatic refresh interval, from 1 minute to 60 minutes. The default is 5 minutes, as shown above.

You can choose to include sales summaries by Station and/or Operator by checking the appropriate options.

The Report will also tally up tickets SCANNED today, and subtract any EXIT RECORDS for today, to give you the current number of people in your facility. If you do not track EXITS, then the number will be the over-all total attendance.

In the example above, there is only ONE attraction active for today, and it has 6 showings. The second showing is SOLD OUT, as indicated by the RED color. Only one station and one operator have conducted the sales so far.
