Setting a New Password

Your system administrator can set a policy of MANDATORY password rotation for POS Operators.  During an Operator Login, if the system detects that the specified rotation interval has passed, the Operator will be required to enter in a NEW Password for logging in.  After identification at the Login Screen, they will be issued the following prompt:

The number of days indicated will that that number specified by the Administrator in the Company Information record.

A new password will need to be entered twice, for confirmation.   If an attempt is made to re-use the  CURRENT or PREVIOUS Password, the following dialog will appear:

After the password change, Operator Login will continue as usual.
